Our General Terms & Conditions: By placing an order with Ivytree Studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Digital Products

All digital products sold by Ivytree Studio are digital downloads (Print & Play) in the form of either a PDF download or a Zipped file that needs file extraction. No physical items will be shipped.

2. Personal Use Only

All digital products are for personal use only. They are not licensed for sharing, teaching, commercial use, or resale. Please direct friends to our store or gift them a voucher. The Licence of Use you purchase includes the use of our files for limited scope printing, and copyright of all digital files stays with Ivytree Studio. 

3. Digital Delivery

Once payment is confirmed, your download links will be:

  • Available on the Thank You page 
  • Sent to your email inbox
  • Saved under your Account → Orders (log in with your purchase email)

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us for assistance.

5. Copyright

All designs and content remain the intellectual property of Ivytree Studio. This includes digital and physical products. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited. All rights reserved.
