Digital Products
When you purchase digital downloads, no physical items will be shipped.
After purchase, your files will be available:
- on the Thank You page
- via email
- inside your customer account
Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.
Personal Use Licence
All products are for personal use only.
You may:
- print and use items for your own projects
- use in journaling, Bible study, and creative work
You may NOT:
- resell, share, or redistribute files
- upload files to sharing platforms
- use designs for commercial products
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of products, all sales are final.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges.
If you experience a technical issue, please contact support.
User Responsibility
You agree that you:
- have basic digital skills to download and use files
- are 18 years or older, or supervised by an adult
- understand how to open PDF and ZIP files
Product Use

Ivytree Studio offers select physical products alongside digital resources.
Made-to-Order & Pre-Order
Physical products may be:
- made to order
- available in limited stock
- offered as pre-orders within specific order and shipping cycles
Processing times will vary depending on the product and will be communicated on the product listing where applicable.
Order & Shipping Process
All physical products are shipped via The Courier Guy.
- Orders are processed within the stated production or order cycle window
- Shipping will take place once the item is ready for dispatch
- Tracking details will be provided where available
Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- providing accurate delivery information
- being available to receive delivery
- any additional customs or import charges for international orders
Delays
While every effort is made to meet timelines, delays may occur due to:
- production schedules
- courier services
- external factors beyond our control
Ivytree Studio will communicate any significant delays where possible.
Returns & Damages
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
- please contact support within 7 days of delivery
- include clear photos of the item and packaging
